PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS, TRANSPARANSI DAN SISTEM PELAPORAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEMERINTAH

Abstract

This study aims to test and to analyze the impact of the accountability, the transparency, and the report system toward the government performance which the performance is a representation of the accountability for the activities that have been done. The type of this study is a quantitative. For collecting the data, this study distributes questionnaires directly to the respondents. The samples of this study applies the purposive sampling based on the criteria. There are 78 respondents for this study. The study applies the multiple linear regression method with SPSS version 25.The result of this study shows that the accountability gives positive impact to the government performance, since the better accountability they have, the higher level of the government performance they have, On the other hand, the transparency gives positive impact to the government performance, since the better accountability they have, the higher level of the government performance they have. For the report system, since the better accountability they have, the higher level of the government performance they have. This result is compatible with the formulated hypothesis in this study.
