PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN DENGAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of the intellectual capital toward the financial perfomance of the consumer goods companies with the competitive excellence as the meadiation variable. In this study, the Intellectual Capital is proxied by the VAICTM, the financial perfomance is measured by the Return On Assets (ROA), and the excellence competitive is measured by the Premium Price Capability (PPC). The Applied population of this study are the manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sub sector which are registered in indonesia’s Stick Exchange in 2016-2019. The samples of this criteria, so there are 27 consumer goods companies as the samples. The analysis of this study applies the regression analysis and the path analysis. Based on the regression and the path analysis with 5% significancy level, the result of this study shows that: (1) The Intellectual Capital gives positive impacts to the financial perfomance, (2) The Intellectual Capital gives negative impacts to the competitive excellence, (3) The Competitive Excellence gives positive impacts to the financial perfomance, (4) The Competitive Excellence does not mediate the intellectual capital with the financial perfomance.
