PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This research to examine the effect of accounting information system on employees’ performance, working motivation on employees’ performance and information technology utilizing on employees’ performance of PT. Sahabat Sakinah Senter. While, the research was puposive sampling technique, in which the sample was based on criteria given. Moreover, the population was some employees of PT. Sahabat Sakinah Senter. Furthermore, the data collection technique used survey. Additionally, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument . In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Shows that if every employee uses the information system properly, it will have a good effect on employee performance results. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It shows that if every employee has good work motivation, it will have a better effect on employee performance results. The results show that the use of information technology has a positive effect on employee performance.
