PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MEKANISME GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This study aims the impact of corporate social responsibility, the mechanism of corporate good governance which consists of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee and financial performance toward firm values. The population of this study are the manufacturing companies which are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018.This study iscorrelational research with quantitative approach. The data are collected by observing the annual financial reports of the companies, the sources are from the database of Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery.The method for collecting the samples is purposive sampling. The amount of the samples is 195 in 39 companies for 5 years. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression with SPSS, version23.0. The results of this study shows that corporate social responsibility gibes positive impact to firm values, independent board of commissioners gives positive impact to firms values, audit committee give positive impact to firm values and financial performancegives positive impact to firmvalue. However, managerial ownership, institutional ownershipgive insignificant impact to firm values.
