PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of profitability (ROE), investment decision (PER) and firm size (SIZE) on firm value (PBV) of LQ45 index at Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data were secondary, which in form of companies financial statement. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. Additionally, the population was 45 companies which belong to LQ45 index at Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019. In line with, there were 23 companies as sample during 3 years observation. Therefore, the total data became 69 data samples. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The research result concluded profitability (ROE) had positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV). Likewise, investment decision (PER) had positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV). On the other hand, firm size (SIZE) did not affect firm value (PBV).
