PENGARUH PARTISIPASI PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN, KSDM, KO DAN PEMANFAATAN TI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH

Abstract

The research aimed to examine whether budget arragement participation, human resource competence, organization communication, untilization of information technology on state employees’ performances in Surabaya. The research was quantitative. While, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. Moreover, the population was Local Unit Organization in Surabaya. Futhermore, there were 21 Local unit Organiztion in Surabaya as sample. Additionally, the independent variables were budget arrangement Participantion, human resource competence, orgnization communication, and utilization of information technology. Meanwhile, the dependent variable was state employees’ performance. In addition, the testing instrument were validity and reliability test. For the data analysis technique, it used mutiple linear regression with SPSS 22. According to the data research result, it concluded both budget arrangemet participantion and human resource competence had positive effect on state employees’ performance in Surabaya. Likewise, oganization communication as well as utilization of information technology had positive effect on state employees’ performance in Surabaya. Therefore, those all hypothesis which were stated in this reseach had been proven.
