Abstract

This research aimed to find out what consideration that Surabaya government had in presenting e-Health, its implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the benefits of implementing e-Health service systems in improving the quality of services at Pucang Sewu Puskesmas. While, the population was Pucang Sewu Puskesmas. Meanwhile, the object of this research is the Implementation of e-Health Services System in improving service quality at the Pucang Sewu Puskesmas. The research was qualitative. Moreover, the data were primary and secondary with interview and observation as the instrument. The research result concluded the implementation of e-Health service system at the Pucang Sewu Puskesmas, Surabaya had been already be said improve the service quality. Even though there were still people who did not understand and use the e-Health service system. Besides, there was still error in the e-Health services system. However, for people who have used the e-Health service system, people could already feel the benefits and usage. In brief, the implementation and various methods of socialization which applied by the staff had been quite effective. This happened as they were considered to facilitate and give benefits on the community or its users.
