PROSES PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DESA (Studi di Desa Dungus, Kecamatan Cerme, Kabupaten Gresik)

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the process of village building planning in fulfilling villagers wealth fare Dungus village, Cerme sub-district, Gresik district. While, the research was descriptive-qualitative. Moreover, the data were primary and secondary. Furthermore, the data analysis technique started with data collecting, data reduction, data presenting, and drawing conclusion. The research result concluded building planning in Dungus village, Cerme sub-district, Gresik district in overall, which started with the arrangement of building planning in village middle term followed by work planning of village government, was successfully applied and there was no significant problem. Likewise, programs of village building planning which were in 2018, had been achieved well although there was program that hardly to be implemented and the realized programs have benefited the community. Consequently, villgaers wealth fare in material in the process of village building planning in Dungus village, Cerme sub-district, Gresik district, had been well-fulfilled. On the other hand, it had not run optimally in spiritual and social.
