AUDIT MANAJEMEN FUNGSI PERSONALIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research is meant to find out whether the implementation of the management audit of
personnel function to increase the productivity of the employees correctly to find out the company has
carried out the personnel activity efficient and effectively to achieve the company objectives. The data
collection technique has been carried out by using observation, interview, questioner, and
documentation. These methods have been carried out in order to assess the activity and the efficiency
between the standard that has been determined by the company and the reality that occurs in the
personnel department of the company. Weaknesses and findings that have been found in the process of
personnel function management audit are to increase the productivity of employees i.e.: the company
has not had the clear documented workforce planning so when there is a sudden demand for the
addition or the replacement of the labor, the personnel department will not be able to fulfilled the tasks
immediately and accurately since there is a limitation of time and database. In this research, the
researcher recommends that the company should make workforce planning and development and
training for the employees so the company can work optimally. The company will be able to fulfill the
sudden demand for the addition and the replacement of the employee by developing the immediate and
accurate human resources. Moreover the employees will not commit disciplinary violations and have
an accident.
