PENGARUH PPA, KOMPETENSI SDM, PTI DAN KO TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH KOTA SURABAYA
Abstract
The research aimed to examine whether budget arragement participant, human resouches companies, untilizing
of information technology and organization commitment on government employees performance in surabaya.
The research organization in surabaya. The research was descriptive quantitative. While, the population was 21
village official organization in surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In
which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, tehre were 19 offcials as sample. Futhermore, the
independent variable were budget arragement participant, competency of human resourches competence,
untilizing of information technology and orgnaization commitment. Meanwhile , teh dependent variable was
government employees performance in surabaya. Additionaly, the dependent variable was government employees
performance in surabaya. Additionaly, the testing instrument used validity and reliability test. In addition, the
data analysist method used multiple linear regresssion with spss 22. Based in research resultm it showede,
budget arragement participant, human resourches competence, untilizing of information technology and
organization commitment had positive and significant effect to the goverment employees performance in city of
surabaya.
