PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN: PENGUNGKAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance on firm value by expressing corporate social
responsibility as a moderating variable. The sample used in this study in this study were food and beverage
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014-2018. The sampling technique in this
study used a purposive sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria, 15 samples of food and beverage
companies were obtained with a total of 75 observational data. The analysis technique used is multiple regression
analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) version 22. The results of this study indicate
that: (1) Return on assets has a positive and significant effect on firm value. (2) Return on equity has a positive
and significant effect on firm value. (3) Leverage has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. (4) CSR
is able to moderate the effect of return on assets on firm value. (5) CSR is able to moderate the effect of return on
equity on firm value. (6) CSR is not able to moderate the effect of debt to equity ratio on firm value.
