PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of financial performance whice were measured by profitability
(ROA), leverage (DER), and liquidity (CR) on firm value (PBV). While, the research was quantitative. Moreover,
the population was 14 Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
during 2014-2019. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was
based on criteria given. In line with, there were 70 samples. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple
linear regression with SPSS. The research result concluded as follows: 1) Profitability had positive effect on firm
value. It meant, the company was able to have good performance in order to increase its stock price and get positive
response from the investors. 2) Leverage had positive effect on firm value. This encourage the investors to increase
their investment on company. As consequence, it would increase the stock price and the firm value also. 3)
Liquidity had a positive effect on firm value. This meant, the investors were interested in company which had good
level of liquidity.
