PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL, KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL, DEWAN KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN, PROFITABILITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the Council effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent
commissioner council, profitability and leverage on the firm value. While, profitability was measured by Return
On Asset (ROA) and leverage was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Meanwhile, the firm value was
measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was 18 basic
industry and chemistry companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018. Futhermore, the
data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with,
there were 54 samples. In addition, the data analysis tehnique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The
research result concluded as follows: (1) managerial ownership had negative effect on the firm value, (2)
institutional ownership had negative effect on the firm value, (3) independent commissioner council did not effect
the firm value, (4) leverage did not effect the firm value, and (5) profitability had positive effect on the firm value.
