PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS ALOKASI DANA DESA, TRANSPARANSI, KEBIJAKAN DESA, PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PEMBANGUNAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of management accountability of village fund allocation, transparency, village policy and public participation on village development. While, the population was Dahanrejo village, Kebomas subdistrict, Gresik. Moreover, the instrument used questionnaires. The questionnaire were distributed to respondents who were employees at Local Government of Dahanrejo.The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria fiven. In line with, there 75 respondents as sample, 42 male and 22 female. The respondents were from different educational background and position. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 21. The research result concluded management accountability of village fund allocation as well as public participation did not affect village development. On the other hand, transparency had positive effect on village development. Likewise, village policy had positive effect on village development.
