PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL, KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL, DER, SIZE, DPR, ROE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

Abstract

Stock reflects companies ownership. Therefore, the research aimed to find out the effect to managerial ownership,
institutional ownership, capital structure, firm size, devidend policy and profitability on the stock price. While,
tye data were secondary, in a form a annual and financial statement of some companies which were listed on
indonesia stock exchange (IDX). moreover, the population was manufacturing companies which were listed on
indonesia stock exchange (IDX) 2016-2018. the data colection tehnique used purposive sampling in a line with
tehre were 39 manufacturing ompany with total observation of 117. futhermore, the data analysist techique used
multiple linear regression. In addition, based on the research result, it conclude the firm size which was measured
by size, profitability which was measured Debt on Equity Ratio (DER), anddevidend policy which was measured
by Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR) has significant effect on the stock price of manufacturing companies which were
listed on indonesia stock exchange (IDX)
