PENGELOLAAN DANA BANTUAN OPERASIONAL PENYELENGGARAAN PAUD TK DHARMA WANITA KALEN KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of management of Operational Assistance Fund of PAUD on
theinternal financial management of Dharma Wanita Kalen Kindergarten. The research was descriptivequalitative.
Moreover, the instruments in data collection techniques were interview, documentation and
observation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique was started by collecting data, reducing, presenting data,
and finally drawing some conclusions. The research result, fromDharma Wanita Kalen Kindergarten research
about Operational Assistance Funds, showed its fund aid had properly managed according to existed rules.
However, in terms of accountability after having aid funds, the management needed to be optimized further.
Thus, the planned goals could be run well in advance. Likewise, in terms of internal financial management, it
generally been well implemented since its implementation had been greatly assisted by the existence of these aid
funds. Nevertheless, it need further improvement in terms of its financial performance of the internal financial
management of Dharma Wanita Kalen Kindergarten.
