PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN INFLASI TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the financial performance and inflation on stock price on of Real Estate and
Property companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2018. While, there were some
variables which examined namely return on asset, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and inflation. The
research was quantitative. Moreover, the data were secondary which in form of company’s financial statement
and annual inflation level. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the
sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 43 Real Estate and Property companies which were
listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2018 as sample. In additions, the data analysis technique used
multiple linier regression. The research result concluded return on asset had positive effect on stock price. This
meant, the company was able to take the advantages of its assets in order to produce some profits and attract the
investors’ interest to buy the firm stock. On the other hand, debt to equity ratio did not affect stock price.
Likewise, total asset turnover as well as inflation did not affect stock price.
