AUDIT MANAJEMEN ATAS FUNGSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI RS. BHAYANGKARA SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the activities and effectiveness of the management function of human resources (HR) in Bhayangkara hospital, Surabaya its management starts from planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development, planning and development, performance appraisal, compensation and remuneration, occupational safety and health, work satisfacation on the employment of human resources termination. The research was descriptive-qualitative. While, the data were primary which taken from human resources of bhayangkara hospital, Surabaya. Moreover, the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which was categorized based on conditions, criteria, causes and effects. The research result concluded planning, recruitment, selection and placement, career planning and development, compensation and remuneration, occupational safety and health and work satisfaction of human resources (HR) in Bhayangkara hospital, Surabaya had not effective yet. On the other hand, training and development, performance appraisal and termination of relationship work (layoff) human resources (HR) in Bhayangkara hospital, Surabaya had run effectively.
