PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS, TRANSPARANSI ADD, KEBIJAKAN DESA, DAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of accountability, transparency of financial management of Village
Fund Allocation, village policies, and community participation on the community welfare. While, the population
was government officials of Pasinan Lemah Putih village, Wringinanom, Gresik. Moreover, the instrument used
questionnaires, which were distributed to the respondents.The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data
collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with, there were 78 respondents as sample. Meanwhile, the
respondents were consists of 56 men and 22 women from different backgrounds and positions. In addition, the
data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 (Statistical Product and Service
Solution).The research result concluded the accountability of financial management of Village Fund Allocation,
village policies, and community participation had positive effect on the community welfare of Pasinan Lemah
Putih village, Wringinanom, Gresik. On the other hand, transparency of financial management of Village Fund
Allocation had negative effect on the community welfare of Pasinan Lemah Putih village, Wringinanom, Gresik.
