PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN, PROFITABILITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of company growth, profitability and leverage on the firm value of
consumer goods companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2017. The research was
quantitative. Moreover, the population was consumer goods companies which was listed on Indonesia Stock
Exchange (IDX) 2015-2017. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the
sample was based on the determined criteria. In line with, there were 37 companies as sample with the data
observation of 92 consumer goods companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2017.
In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.0. The research
result concluded company growth and profitability had positive and significant effect on the firm value of
consumer goods companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2017. On the other
hand, leverage had negative and insignificant effect on firm value of consumer goods companies which were
listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2017. In brief, from the determination coefficient, it showed the
company growth, profitability and leverage could represent the firm value which was equal to 46.8%.
