PENGARUH PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL DAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of internal controlling and information technology utilizing on the organizational performance of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop VIII Surabaya. While, performance is an important thing ini every organization since it is a process to achive success in carrying out tasks. Besides, it also aims to achive goals that are not illegal and in accordance with morals and ethics. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the instrument used survey. Furthermore, the data used primary in which the questionnaires were given to the respondents. In line with, the data collection technique used purposive sampling with 65 respondents as sample. In addition, the data analysis techniwue used multiple linier regression with slovin formula. The research result conclude internal controlling and information technology utilizing had positive effect on the organizational performance of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop VIII Surabaya. In brief, the result had supported all the hypothesis which had been formulated within the research.
