Abstract

The research aimed to find out the information system, management commitment, organization culture, and
human resources quality on the accountability of government agency perfomance. The research was causal- comparative with quantitative appoarch. While, the population was 26 Madiun government agency which consist
of 10 government employees, as sample. Moreover, the data collection technique use purposive sampling.
Furthermore, the data were primary with questionnaire as the instrument. In line with, there were 100 respondents
as sample. In line with, there were ten questionnaire which were distributed to the respondents and all of
themwere returned. In addition, the data analysis technique, use multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The
research result concluded as follows: (1) information system did not affect the government accountability
performance; (2) management commitment had affected the government accountability perfomance; (3)
organization culture had affectedthe government accountability perfomance; (4) human resources quality did not
affect the government accountability performance.
