PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN ALOKASI DANA DESA, TRANSPARANSI, DAN KEBIJAKAN DESA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of financial management accountability of village find allocation,
transparency, and village policy on the public wealth. While, the population was Padangan Randu village,
Menganti, Gresik. Moreover, the instrument used questionnaires which were distributed to the respondents
within the area of Padangan Randu village.The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection
technique used saturated sampling, in which all population was the sample. In line with, the sample was consists
of 75 respondents, with 59 male and 16 female. Each of the respondents had different educational background
and profession. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple analysis with SPSS.The research result
concluded financial management accountability of village fund allocation had positive and significant effect on
the public. On the other hand, the transparency of financial management accountability of village fund
allocation had negative and significant on the society wealth. Meanwhile, the village policy had insignificant
effect on the society wealth.
