ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the implementation of district funds allocation in empowering the village society. While, the population was Karanganyar village, Gandusari subdistrict, Trenggalek. The research was qualitative with case study approach. In line with, there would be clear reflection related to implementation, empowerment and legal review which was related to village fund allocation implementation. The research result concluded planning, implementation, and the responsibility of village fund allocation of Karanganyar village was considered accountable. In other words, the empowerment along with the society in order to achieve the desire manifestation of Karanganyar Village society was considered more advanced and developed. Besides, the society accepted the right of its development and empowerment. Moreover, the responsibility of village fund allocation of Karanganyar village was conducted directly and well administrated within the society. Furthermore, the implementation of information would support the implementation of good governance. In addition, the problem within the implementation of village fund allocation was the government policy which in contrary to the government policy of Karanganyar village. As consequence, this situation affected people’s attitudes in participating with the government.
