ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA BAGIAN PELAYANAN KORPORAT PADA PT POS INDONESIA
Abstract
A good management of human resources has the potency to achieve good work productivity. Work productivity refers to the result of the work of the employees in order to create good services for the community. This research is meant to find out the analysis of work productivity in the corporate service department on PT Pos Indonesia. The descriptive analysis with the qualitative approach has been applied as the data analysis technique. This research applies case study as the source of research data. The data collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling technique by determining someone as the key informant who is expert in his fields. The result of this resarch shows that work quantity and work quality of the corporate service department is in good category even though its productivity experiences fluctuation. The fluctuation of work productivity is influenced by the punctuality of the employees in finishing their tasks and responsibilities. Based on the theory of work productivity, there are 3 factors which have an influence to increase the work productivity of the corporate servcie department i.e. production facility, technology and achievement opportunity.
