PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE DAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

There area many purpose in company, for instance: getting more or maximum profits, determining the stackholders’ wealth and increasing firm value through its shares price. Due to background, the research is entitled The Effect of Profitability, Leverage and Good Corporate Governance on The Firm Value. The research wa quantitative, a research which which focuses on hypothesis test along with mathematics and statistics equivalent. Profitability had positive effect on the firm value of manufacturing companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. While, laverage as well as good corporate governance had positive effect on the firm value of manufacturing companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. Moreover this research aimed the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and good corporate governance had positive effect on the firm value of manufacturing companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. I brief, a short time of research made data collection did not apply optimally. Besides, there were some observations and data analysis results which need to be improved in order to support better research result.
