Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of expertise in using information system technology, technology task matching, and e-commerce navigation on the company performance at PT Lazizaa Rahmat Semesta, Sidoarjo. The research was quantitative, Morever, the instrument used questionnarie which were given to active employees of Lazizaa branch Surabaya and Sidoarjo. Furthermore, data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 30 employees. Data analysis technique used linear analysis and classical asumption test with SPSS version 20. The research result concluded the expertise in using information system technology did not affected the company performance. This happened as the employees who had skills in information system technology did not affect the increase of company performance.The technology task matching did not affect the company performance. This happened as the employees who had their job related to technology did not affect the increase of company performance. E-commerce navigation had positive effect on the company performance. It meant the employees who were understand to evaluate e-commerce website, the company performance would be increased.
