PENILAIAN KINERJA PELAKSANAAN ANGGARAN PADA DINAS KEBERSIHAN DAN RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU SURABAYA

Abstract

This study aims to understand the performance measurement system, and to find out the performance
measurement model in the Surabaya Sanitation and Green Open Space Service. This type of research uses
descriptive qualitative research.Data collection techniques using interview techniques and documentation. The
informants who were selected to explore the information needed were related to the performance measurement
system, namely the Planning Secretariat, procurement, field supervisors,as well as general and staffing
departments. While the documents used include 2017 performance reports, Work Plans and Strategic Plans. The
results of the study show that the performance measurement system at the Surabaya City Green Cleaning and
Open Space Service needs to be supported by a relevant performance measurement model, so that the
Performance Reports outlined in the report can explain achievement and success or failure. So that in the end the
performance measurement system can provide official performance information, as a basis for evaluating the
performance of budget execution.
