PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI (TQM), ANGGARAN,TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PEMEDIASI PADA BJP

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Total Quality Management,budget depriable,and organization commitment on managerial performance at PT Bangun Jaya Power,Surabaya.The research was quantitative which used survery as the instrument.While,the data collection technique used non-probability namely saturated sample or total sampling. Moreover, the sample was all employees of PT Bangun Jaya Power, Surabaya which consisted of 30 people. In addition, the data analysis technique used path analysis. The research result concluded (1) Total Quality Management had positive effect on managerial performance, (2) budget depriable (X2) had positive effect on buying decision, (3) Organization commitment had positive effect on managerial performance, and (4) Total Quality Management through Organization Commitment indirectly had effect on managerial performance. This study uses a questionnaire that only describes the respondent's assessment of Managerial Performance, so that researchers cannot control the respondent's answers which do not indicate the real situation. Questionnaires can also give rise to the data generated having the chance of bias due to differences in perceptions between researchers and respondents on the questions posed.
