Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of strategy planning and internal control to the performance of the employees at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Surabaya. If the strategy planning has advantage for the enhancement of firm value, so that the existence of good internal control has been expected so that the enhancement of the performance of the employees. The population of this research is all employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Surabaya and the samples are 50 people. The sample collection technique has been done by using proportionate stratifed random sampling. The analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions with F test and multiple coefficient determinations, and the hypothesis uses t test. It has been found from the result of this research shows that based on Goodness of Fit test and F test that the model of multiple linear regressions that measures the influence between strategy planning and internal control to the performance of the employees is feasible to be used. The strategy planning has positive and significant influence to the performance of the employees. The internal control has positive and significant influence to the performance of the employees.
