PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES DI BEI
Abstract
Companies that used to only focus on labor-based physical capital (labor based business), now focus more on intellectual capital which is characteristic of knowledge-based companies to create corporate value and competitive advantage. This study aims to determine the effect of Intelectual Capital as measured by Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) on the financial performance of food and beverage companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were food and beverage companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and obtained samples used by 11 companies, with an observation period of 2013-2017. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results from this study by using the model feasibility test show that a feasible model is used in further research, and use hypothesis testing using the t test showing the Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) variables, Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structural Capital Value Added STVA) has a positive effect on the financial performance of food and beverage companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
