PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, STRUKTUR MODAL DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
In this study, the problem research was the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, capital structure and profitability on the firm value. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, capital structure and profitability on the firm value. The research was quantitative. While, the data were secondary. Moreover, from data collection technique which used purposive sampling; there were 38 samples of property and real estate companies during 2015-2017. Futhermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. According to the research result, it concluded CSR did not effect the firm value. It meant, CSR would not influence higher or lower of the firm value. On the other hand, capital structure had positive effect on the firm value. In other words, the bigger or smaller the company’s capital structure, the more or less its firm value. It happened since the investors had assumed, company which owes them would give future prospect. In addition, profitability had positive effect on the firm value. It meant, the higher the company’s profitability, the better the firm’s position. As consequence, there would be investor‘s interest which increase the shares price and also the firm value.
