EFEKTIVITAS PENETAPAN RETRIBUSI PARKIR TEPI JALAN UMUM TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) KOTA SURABAYA

Abstract

The purpose of this research i to find out the potential of public roadside retribution towards local own source of Surabaya, and the efforts optimization effort from the Transportation Agency of UPTD Public Roadside Parking in increasing parking retribution. This research is used qualitative approach, with interview and documentation method. Descriptive methods and ratios, which has been used by researcher. The result of this research indicates that the realization of acceptance of roadside public parking retribution of Surabaya City in 2012-2016 is relatively fluctuate. This refers to the calculation of effectiveness and contribution of retribution acceptance of public roadside parking in Surabaya. Optimization efforts undertaken by the Department of Transportation UPTD Parking Roadside Public is in accordance with the Perda of Surabaya. No. 1 Year of 2009 and Perda of Surabaya City No. 8 Year of 2012. Efforts made have been able to suppress the practice of fraud in the collection of parking fees that occur in the location.
