IMPLEMENTASI PRINSIP-PRINSIP GOOD GOVERNANCE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA ORGANISASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK
Abstract
Government is a public service provider which non-profit. Therefore, the aspects of community needs and satisfaction are need to be considered in serving and improving public service performance. Moreover, performance is a working achievement of its results in fulfilling the community needs. Furthermore, by running and realizing good governance, a better accountability will be acquired. Meanwhile, this research aimed to find out and analyze the implementation of good governance principles in improving the performance of public customer organizations. The research was qualitative. In addition, the data analysis technique used observing and interviewing. The researxh result concluded the principles of good governance had been implemented in improving the performance of public service organizations. However, there were some problems such as lack of several employees who had not understood the principles of good governance. The following problem was the lack of socialization of E-Lampid application and its less stable connection so that errors could occur when having population administration data and civil records.
