TRANSPARANSI, AKUNTABILITAS, DAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA (ADD)

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the implementation of the principles of transparency, accountability and
community participation in Village Fund Allocation management 2016 of Laban Village, Menganti, Gresik. The
implementation included planning, implementation, supervision and responsibility. The research was
descriptive-qualitative. While, the population was consists of the head of village, its secretary, treasurer, and the
chairman of Village Consultative Body. Moreover, the instrument used interview and documentation. In
addition, the data analysis techniques started by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and finally,
making conclusion from the research that has been done. The research result concluded the Government of Laban
Village, Menganti, Gresik had implemented the principles of transparency, accountability and community
participation in Village Fund Allocation management starting from planning, implementing, monitoring, and
its accountability process. However, the Village Government had to be given evaluation, guidance and direction
from the Local Government in order to regularly carrying out their duties and responsibilities as well.
