PENILAIAN KINERJA PUBLIK BERDASARKAN PELAYANAN DAN VALUE FOR MONEY (Studi Kasus Pada Puskesmas Trosobo Taman)

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the public performance of Puskesmas Trosobo. The assessment was based on the rule of Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform number 17, 2017 and Value for Money. The Research was descriptive-qualitative. While, the instruments used desk evaluation, field observation, questionnaire and interview. For the performance assessment, based on Value for Money, it examined the economics level, its efficiency and effectivity. The research result concluded the performance assessment, which based on the rule of Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform number 17, 2017 in Puskesmas Trosobo; was considered average (with notes) of 2,27. Moreover, form its performance assessment, which based on Value for Money, the performance of Trosobo Puskesmas was considered economical as its achievement was 80% of all its program. Furthermore, from its efficiency assessment, the performance of Puskesmas Trosobo was categorized as very efficient as its achievement was less than 60%. In addition, from its effectivity assessment, the performance of Puskesmas Trosobo was categorized as effective with its achievement of 92, 20%.
