PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI, KESESUAIAN TUGAS DAN PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of accounting information system implementation, task matching and the use of information technology on the employees performance of Surabaya Regional Work Unit (SKPD). The research was casual-comparative with quantitative approach. While, the instrument used survey and questionnaire. The population that been used is at Surabaya Regional Work Unit (SKPD) that consist of 15 SKPD in the fom local agenciens. Moreover, the data were primary through the distribution of questionnaire which are shared to each SKPD respresents by 4 employees that is head of financial division, financial staff, treasurer staff and planning and reporting staff. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, 56 respondents from 15 Surabaya SKPD. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression SPSS 23. The research result concluded the accounting information system implementation did not effect the employess performance. On the other hand, the task matching had positive effect in the employees performanceLikewise, the use of information technology had positive effect on the employees performance.
