PENGARUH PENERAPAN PRIINSIP GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP CORORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of the application of principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and working culture on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. This type of research is quantitative research using survey methods conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The technique used to determine the number of samples in this study is to use the Slovin formula. The Slovin formula is used to avoid too many samples and too few samples used. Based on the calculation of the Slovin formula that has been done gives the results that the number of samples used is 65 respondents. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP 8 Surabaya. In additional, the data analiysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS 23 version. The research result concluded the Good Corporate governance (GCG) variable had positive effect on the angoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. Besides, the working culture had positive effect on the angoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
