EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN SISTEM E-VILLAGE BUDGETING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEMERINTAHAN DESA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effectiveness of E-Village Budgeting implementation on village government
performance of Kampung Anyar, Glagah sub-district, Banyuwangi. While, the village government performance
was measured by four indicators, namely effectiveness, productivity, quality and promptness. Meanwhile, for
effectiveness, E-Village Budgeting was measured by three indicators, i.e. punctuality, accuracy, and village
officials performance. The research was qualitative. Moreover, the data was primary with interview as the
instrument in data collection technique. In line with, the interview was applied for village officials which related
to E-Village Budgeting implementation of Kampung Anyar, Glagah sub-district, Banyuwangi. Furthermore, for
its secondary data, some documents such as realization accountability report of local government budget and
village budget were used.The research result concluded E-Village Budgeting implementation could increase the
effectiveness of village financial management implementation. Beside, it also determined the local government
performance of Kampung Anyar, Glagah sub-district, Banyuwangi. Moreover, this directly affected the villagers
in administrative service and infrastructure development of Kampung Anyar, Glagah sub-district, Banyuwangi.
