METODE VALUE FOR MONEY DALAM MENGUKUR KINERJA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DI SURABAYA

Abstract

This research is meant to describe the measurement of performance of general hospital in Surabaya city which has been done by using Value for money method at Surabaya Haj general hospital.The method has been carried out by using qualitative descriptive approach and the measurement has been done by using Value for Money with the indicators i.e. economy, efficient, and effectiveness. The data collection technique has been conducted by using the secondary data as the data source.The result of the analysis and the discussions about the measurement of Surabaya Haj general hospital which has been done by using Value for Money method in 2014-2016 periods shows that when it is reviewed from economy aspect the achievement level in 2014 is regarded to be more economical than in 2015 and 2016, when it is reviewed from the efficiency, the achievement level from 2014 to 2016 is regarded to be more efficient, when it is reviewed from the effectiveness aspect, the achievement level from 2014 to 2016 is regarded to be effective.
