PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research has been conducted on companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2015 periods. This research is meant to find out the influence of liquidity (cash ratio), leverage (DER), profitability (ROE), and dividend policy (DPR) to the firm value (PBV) in the annual report of companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples of this research are food and beverages company which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling and based on the predetermined criteria, 12 food and beverages companies in 2013-2015 periods have been selected as samples. This research has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions analysis and the SPSS application. The data collection method has been done by using content analysis to the annual report of the company and the summary of company performance through the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Content analysis has been performed by using check list method to the items in the annual report of the company and the summary of the company performance in accordance with the data which is required for the research. The results of the research are: (1) liquidity gives positive influence to the firm value; (2) leverage does not give any influence to the firm value; (3) profitability gives negative influence to the firm value; (4) dividend policy does not gives any influence to the firm value.
