PENGARUH KUALITAS SISTEM INFORMASI DAN COMPUTER ANXIETY TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SIM PADA PT SIER

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine the influence of the quality of information system and computer anxiety to the satisfaction of the users’ management information system. This research has been conducted at PT SIER (Persero). The results show that (1) the quality of information systems give positive influence to the satisfaction of the users of management information system. It indicates that when the level of quality of information systems which is used by employees is high, then it will facilitate employees in completing their work and achieve organizational goals that will increase the satisfaction of the users of management information system. (2) Computer anxiety does not give any influence to the satisfaction of the users of management information system. It indicates that the level of computer anxiety which have been experienced by employees does not give any influence to the satisfaction of the users of management information system, so that whether the employees are satisfied or not is depend on the perception of the users of the information system.
