ANALISIS KINERJA PERUSAHAAN PADA PT PRIMA CITRA NUTRINDO DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN BALANCED SCORECARD
Abstract
The research aimed to analyze employees performance which used balanced scorecard approach, from each perspektive in order to achieve company’s vision, mission, and purpose. This research was applied in PT Prima Citra Nutrindo. The research was qualitative in onder to find out what happened to the subject and analyze the data from company.The research result described that the implementation of performance strategy using balanced scorecard to give positive contribution to the company. The growth of research realization in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 indicated employees creativity for about 10%, 20%, 24.24%, and 31.25%. while, the employees’ performance was about 0.37%, 0.39%, 0.46%, and 0.56%. makeover the company’s on time delivery was approximately 99.77%, 99.98%, 99.88%, and 99.99%. for the customer survey, the company was relatively good on based on customer point of view fo about 62%. while from customer retention, this research performed only 0.00212%, 0.00275%, 0.00293%, and0.00374%. likewise, for customer acquisition, they got 1.21%, 1.43%, 1.47%, and 1.97%. in adiition, the company financial, return on investment (ROI) resulted 6.48%, 6.62%, 4.34%, and 6.19%. on the other hand, Net Profit Margin(NPM) took 1.21%, 1.43%, 1.47%, and 1.97%. in short, the cmpany hand improvement and grew well for vision, mission, and company purposes had to be accomplished.
