PENGARUH SISTEM PENGGAJIAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of payroll systems and organizational culture on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Wahyu Berkat Persadar. The population in this research is obtained by using purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Data were collected from questionnaires given to 40 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tool.Based on the results of research indicate that the influence of payroll system has a positive influence on employee performance. Organizational culture also has a positive influence on employee performance. It shows that the better the system of payroll and organizational culture that is applied then the employee performance is increasing.
