PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN, DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

This researchis aimed to test and analyze the influence of profitability, company growth and leverage to the company value. In this research, profitability calculation used the return on assets (ROA). The company growth used the difference in total assets for the year period of research with the prior year period against the total assets of the prior year period. The leverage used the debt of asset ratio (DAR) and the company value used Tobin’s Q. The samples of this research were a company of property and real estate which were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year of 2012-2016; and they were choosen using purposive sampling. This research used quantitative methods. The analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that profitability had positive influence on the company value. Moreover, the company growth had no influence to the company value. While higher the leverage that the company had so higher the company value.
