Abstract

The development of the era, especially in the food and beverage which increasing trade competition, entrepreneurs in the café sector competed to create attractive places with the aim of increasing customer interest. This study aims to test the quality of the product. price and quality of service on customer satisfaction (a case study on customers M22 mini cafe Surabaya). This type of research is categorized as a comparative causal research using a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are customers who have visited M22 cafe Surabaya. The research sample used was 100 respondents. Sampling technique in this study using non-probability sampling method. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis whose calculations are assisted by the application of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25. The results show that the variables of product quality, price, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (case study on customers M22 mini cafe Surabaya)
