Abstract

In the current era, the construction service business is experiencing very tight competition. Researchers use the word productivity because productivity is a very important asset for the company. So that study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work skills, work knowledge, work ability, work attitudes and work culture on employee productivity in the case of PT Cahya Yudha Niagatama Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative using a population of all employees. This study uses a saturated sampling method that is all employees as many as 58 as a sample. Data collection techniques used direct observation at the research site by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis technique method. This analysis includes: validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the test show a significance value for each variable of <0.5 which states that work skills, work knowledge, work abilities, work attitudes and work culture have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity at PT Cahya Yudha Niagatama Surabaya.
