Abstract

Firm Value is an investor’s perception on companies’ performance which relates to stock price. Moreover, higher
firm value can improve market trust on companies’ performance lately and companies’ prospects in the future.
This research aimed to analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, and sales growht on firm value of Food and
Beverages companies wich were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2019. Furthermore, the
population was 18 Food and Beverages companies. Additionally, the data collection technique used purposive
sampling. In line with, there were 11 companies as the sample. In additional, the data analysis technique used
multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research result, using hypothesis test (t-test), concluded as follows
Leverage (DER) had a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), Liquidity (CR) had a positive but
insignificant effect on firm value (PBV) and Sales Growth had a positive but insignificant effect on firm value
(PBV).
