Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of communication, motivation and cooperation on
employees work satisfaction at PT. Agrodana Futures, Surabaya. The population was employees of PT. Agrodana
Futures, Surabaya with 44 people as the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with
SPSS (Stastical Product and Service Solution) 22 as a counting instrument. The instrument was used to calculate
how significant the regression coefficient was in order to know the effect of communication, motivation and
cooperation on employees work satisfaction. While the hypothesis test used Goodness of Fit with F-test and partial
test effect using t-test. The test result of the Goodness of fit with the F-test showed that communication and
cooperation had s significant effect on employees work satisfaction. However, motivation had an insignificant effect
on employees work satisfaction. Meanwhile, the result of the partial test effect using the t-test showed that
communication had a significantly positive impact on employees work satisfaction. In contrast, motivation had a
negative and insignificant impact on employees work satisfaction. On contrary, cooperation had a significantly
positive influence on employees work satisfaction.
