PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN FLEKSIBILITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DRIVER GRAB DI SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of motivation, work satisfaction, and work flexibility on the performance of Grab drivers. The population was Grab drivers who were in Surabaya. The research was quantitative with a causal-comparative approach. Furthermore, the data source was primary. The data collection technique used accidental sampling. In line with that, there were 100 respondents of Grab drivers in the sample. Moreover, the sampling technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23.0. The result concluded that motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Grab drivers in Surabaya. Likewise, work satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Grab drivers in Surabaya. On the other hand, work flexibility had an insignificant impact on the performance of Grab drivers in Surabaya. Driver performance is influenced by the variables of motivation, job satisfaction and work flexibility by 42% while the remaining 58% is explained by other factors that are not included in this research model.
